Spirulina is a type of blue-green algae that grows in alkaline water and is commonly cultivated and harvested from open-air freshwater pools. It is an edible one-celled form of algae that contains iron and it has been growing on earth for over 3.5 billion years.

It has been enjoyed as a dietary supplement around the globe for centuries and has been traditionally incorporated into Mexican menus during the Aztec civilization.

Spirulina contains beta-carotene, which helps support healthy night vision and eye health. Additionally, Spirulina provides iron and protein that are essential to red blood cell production and muscle repair within the body.

RECOMMENDED USE OR PURPOSE: Helps reduce symptoms of allergic rhinitis such as nasal discharge, sneezing, nasal congestion and itching.

NON-MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS:
Stearic Acid, Croscarmellose Sodium, Silica, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Magnesium Stearate, Hydroxypropylcellulose.

RECOMMENDED DOSE – (ORAL) ADULTS ONLY:
Take 1 tablet three times per day with a glass of water.
