Each mL contains:
Medicinal ingredient:Avena sativa (Fresh Oats*, aerial parts) 1X
Non-medicinal ingredient:1 mL of tincture contains 0.49 mL alcohol (ethanol).

1 mL = 33 drops. Dropper included.
 
Adults and adolescents over 12 years old: Take 10 to 15 drops, 1 to 3 times daily with water, 15 minutes before meals. Insalivate before swallowing. Sweeten with honey if desired.Children 6 to 11 years old: Give 5 to 10 drops, 1 to 3 times daily with water, 15 minutes before meals.Children 1 to 5 years old: Give 1 to 5 drops, 1 to 3 times daily with water, 15 minutes before meals.
