Use Arnicare Sport before, during and after physical effort to help your body recover from overexertion-relieve cramps, aches and muscular fatigue.

How to use
Adults and children from 6 years old:Chew and allow tablets to dissolve. Take between meals.
Prior physical exertion: 1 chewable tablet, the day before or immediately prior exertion.During physical exertion: 1 chewable tablet every hour.After physical exertion: 1 chewable tablet every hour until improvement.Do not exceed 10 chewable tablets per day.
