MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS – EACH CAPSULE CONTAINS:
Folic Acid - 1000 mcg (1 mg)
vitamin-c (Ascorbic Acid) - 30 mg

NON-MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS:
Magnesium Stearate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Silica, Gelatin (Capsule).

RECOMMENDED DOSE – (ORAL) ADULTS ONLY:
Take 1 capsule once per day.

CAUTIONS: Folate supplementation can mask a vitamin B12 deficiency. Consult a health care practitioner if you are uncertain whether or not you are taking adequate vitamin B12.
