RECOMMENDED USE: Helps promote healthy glucose metabolism.

DL-alpha-Lipoic acid - 200 mg
Gymnema sylvestre (Gymnema Leaf Extract) (Standardized 25% Gymnemic acids) - 133 mg
Momordica charantia (Bitter Melon Fruit) - 133 mg
Lagerstroemia speciosa (Banaba Leaf Extract) (Standardized 1% Corosolic acid) - 16 mg
Chromium* (Chromium polynicotinate) - 50 mcg
Vanadium* (Vanadyl sulfate) - 16 mcg

*All minerals are in elemental forms.

NON-MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS:

Hypromellose, Colloidal Silicon dioxide, Magnesium stearate.

RECOMMENDED DOSE:

Adults: Take 1 capsule 3 times per day with food. Take 2 hours before or after taking other medications.

DURATION OF USE:

Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 2 months.

CAUTIONS:

Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have a kidney disorder, diabetes, and/or intestinal disorders, or symptoms such as abdominal-pain, nausea, vomiting or fever. Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if you experience symptoms of hypoglycemia including feelings of anxiety, dizziness, tremor, sweating, nausea or headache.
