Elderflower (Loosepack), 100g

Sweet-smelling dried Elderflower makes a lovely tea with all sorts of health benefits you'll have to look up because I'm not allowed to make medicinal claims for the products I sell. I like it when I'm feeling a little under the weather mixed with Chamomile and Rose Petals. It might also be good with Lemon Balm or combine all of those ingredients together for a relaxing evening blend. Elderflower is cooling in nature and blends well with other herbs used for relaxation as well as immune system support.
